Barry D. Lang, M.D. & Associates concentrates on medical malpractice, wrongful death, and serious personal injury litigation. Most of our caseload is in the medical malpractice area. We handle cases involving birth defects and injuries, including Erb's palsy and cerebral palsy; misdiagnosis of cancer, including melanoma, breast cancer, colon cancer, and prostate cancer; surgical negligence; anesthesia negligence; emergency room negligence; nursing home injuries; wrong prescriptions; and nursing, hospital, physician and HMO negligence. We have the skill, experience, and resources to take on the most complex medical malpractice, wrongful death, and serious personal injury cases.
