HMO Negligence

Managed care and HMO's are in business to make money. They may not allow certain diagnostic procedures and treatments that are medically necessary; this rationed care may cause you serious harm or death. Although they claim that these are just financial decisions, they are interfering with the medical care they are obligated to provide.
