This number is down from 46 percent in 2015.

According to the Society for Human Resource Management, full-time employees who were allowed to cut out lunch breaks for a shorter work day were more productive because they were incentivized with more free time outside of work. Today, more companies are experimenting with flexible schedules and a 30-hour work week.
